SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping
All Florania orders are processed and shipped from Milan, Italy within 3-5 business days. Each piece is carefully packaged by hand.
Shipping times vary by destination:
- Italy: 2-4 business days
- Europe: 3-7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7-14 business days
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
Florania is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.
Made to order items:
We take 3-10 days to create the garment. If the client buys a specified 'Made to order' garments, they accept to wait for the garment to be created and shipped.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, contact us at design@florania.org with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: made-to-order, customised, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one. Shipping expenses are in charge of the client.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at design@florania.org with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly.
